✔ Advice on how to digitally engage with the NHS – making your life much easier!
✔ This is a one-time payment taken in advance
Care Concierge
£300 inc. VAT/event
For those struggling with their own care or their loved one’s care
✔ Includes everything in Care Consultation
✔ Preparation of a full lifestyle plan of all your care, health and wellbeing needs
✔ Source the most appropriate services for your needs whether they are private, local authority or insurance funded
✔ Monitor your care outcomes over time and help you to make changes where necessary
✔ This is a one-time payment taken in advance
Care Subscription
£36 inc. VAT/month
For those who are already receiving care but need additional family support
✔ Up to 60 minutes per month with a WeMa Care Expert
✔ A regular friendly point of contact to support you through your care journey
✔ Discuss any care advisory matters including service requirements, financial options, family challenges and more
✔ Access to information, resources and online live activities
✔ This is a 6 month minimum term agreement; payment will be taken monthly
